After loading lightbox2 (which I absolutely love ... thankyou...) my site has begun to shed errors:
"a script on this page is causing mozilla to run slowly..."
used the error console in firefox
Warning: Error in parsing value for property 'filter'. Declaration dropped.

the Line:1 is not much help ... as far as I can see, everything is on line one.
searching for "filter" ... there are only three instances. one seemingly related to lightbox2
Is there a problem? Should this support request be a bug report?
Am I missing something?
Workarounds?
Ideas?
Thanks

stella commentedThe "filter" line is just a CSS warning and is nothing to be concerned about. Lightbox2 tries to support multiple browsers which means some non-compliant CSS for IE - however, I think I've managed to work around this in the latest dev release. There's no harm upgrading to the latest dev release anyway as it fixes a few other issues.
For the "script on this page is causing mozilla to run slowly" error, what browser version are you using? Is the page very big, with lots of images? Lightbox2 will cause your pages to load slightly more slowly but not by much. I certainly never encountered that error before. If you're not using lightbox2 for videos or lightbox2 for login forms, then I would suggest disabling both of these features on admin/settings/lightbox2 Disabling these features will reduce the number of javascript files loaded on a page which should help performance. Disabling all but the automatic image handlers you need at admin/settings/lightbox2/automatic may also help.
It may not be a problem with lightbox2 itself, it may just be that the addition of the lightbox2 module causes an already slow site to max out causing the error. What other modules / scripts do you have installed? Can you send me a link to your site? My contact form is enabled if you wish to do so privately (just rem to quote issue number!).
