Hello, I'm using a Zen Subtheme, I enabled the Conditional css in the .info, copied the ie.css to my subtheme folder and installed Conditional Stylesheets module but the png transparency and other problems are still there. I tried commenting the conditional css and applying it directly but there was no changes. I also tried with zen Classic and zen, but the ie fixes don't work either.

Any ideas? Thanks

I tried it but is not solving the transparency issues (in fact I haven't found any IE6 png fix working...) :( At least it seems the layout works better. Thanks

Fixed? Re-open if you still think this is a problem with Zen (-subthemes) and not the other modules you mention.
