Best Theme Developer? Best Theme Sites?

I am looking for sources to get some inspiration. I have a community based site and I would love to see some cool themes.

I have gone through the ''showcase" of completed sites and there are some good ones there.

So my questions are who are some of the best theme designers (for hire)? I know that drupal themes can be a hard monkey to wrangle so I am looking to get some referrals.

Also, there are usually sites where you can buy pre-made themes. I know Joomla has tons of sites like that. Any good ones for Drupal that people like?

I looked at the forums. It seems that they haven't replied for months. I'm seeing drupal 7 here??!!!! Themesnap still hasn't put out their drupal 6 version of those templates which seem to have many bugs for drupal 5. Looks good on the surface but too many problems for me to spend that kind of money.
