Too many redirects

Description
Just upgraded from Localizer 1.x to 3.13.
Now is impossible to access the module settings page or create nodes translations due to a redirect error.
For example for the module's settings page, it keeps adding languages suffixes (/en) till the browser stops for too many redirects.
