Modifications to Private Message Module

We are using the Private Message module (http://drupal.org/project/privatemsg), and looking for a Drupal module developer to make some custom modifications. We will provide detailed screenshots of the changes to the developer so it will be very clear.

Here are the changes we'd like to make to the private message module:

1) On the module settings page, have the ability to change and customize the text of the private message link. Right now it's set as "Write to author", but we want to be able to change this to any text you specify.

2) In the message inbox, each message should also show the Node Title & Link that the message came from, so you know which page the person wrote from. This should be displayed both in the message list as a new column titled "Item", and also on the message details page.

3) In the message inbox, show the users' profile photo if they have one, if not show the default photo.

4) In the message inbox, duplicate the message actions at the bottom (mark as read, delete, etc), at the top as well.

5) In the message inbox, new messages should be indicated with a BOLD subject link, and also a small "new" icon at the far left.

6) In the message inbox, message you replied to should be indicated with a small "reply" icon.

7) The member's profile (using advanced profile), will have a CCK group called "Shipping Address" (group_address), that is hidden on their public profile. When you send or reply to a message, we'd like to add a checkbox that says "Include my address in this message". If this is checked, it will add the sender's address to the message. The goal is to easily send hidden/private information in the message, that they user has filled out in their profile. So they don't have to type that out all the time for each message. Members will be swapping items with one another so we'd like a way to easily provide their hidden address. If you have some better ideas for achieving this we are very open to hearing your suggestions!
