I have made a website using Drupal-6.3 and have the problem related to css in the firefox. The site is opening correctly in ie and safari. But in firefox and opera a white box is shown arbitrary in website. The site address is http://www.visvas.org/user
You can open the site in ie and firefox and can see the arbit white box in firefox on the upper black tab in the header reason after the contact us link.
Please anyone can tell what is the problem? Thanks in advance.

Took less than 10 seconds to figure out using it. The .block class is affecting the menu block in your header. See screenshot.
