disable file browser for authenticated user

Hi, when someone registers as an authenticated user, on their account page, they see the tabs "view" "edit" "OpenID identities" "track" "File browser"

I want to disable the File Browser tab so an authenticated user can't view/upload/delete, etc

I've checked the permissions set for authenticated users and don't see anything regarding this.
