Many Moderated Handbook Pages for Review

We've got a ton of moderated, published handbook pages on drupal.org that need review (see below). Some of these have been in moderation for a while. If you have expertise with any of these topics, please assist with

1. Determining if the pages need updating (provide reasons why in the logs or comments).
2. Contact the author (if a new submission) about updating the page as necessary.
3. Deleting pages which are no longer valid.
4. Incorporating the information in the page in other handbook pages and then deleting.
5. Approving pages that are ready for the handbook
