This issue (but off topic in that thread, so starting another). Addnode uses subform_element to create inline nodes. Invariably, the node's gonna have overlapping elements (like title) with nodeprofile-enabled nodes, so #data_separation is necessary. However, per 201804, nodeprofile must set #data_separation to FALSE. I can't think of anyway around this... so I guess if you can't either, might as well "won't fix" this issue, I'm just posting it so people don't have to figure it out themselves :)
