I've been looking at various module pages where normally one would see a "submit issue" link (i.e. http://drupal.org/project/views). Although there are links to view issues, the submit issue link is gone. The same is true on several other module pages I've looked at.
I know I can still submit an issue using the links in my sidebar (as I have done now), but that makes it necessary for the user to do lots of selecting to choose the proper queue. Where did the bottom of the page links go? Can they come back? Please?

dww#310446: Remove issue creation links from project pages
view/search before you submit.
there's a "create" link at the top of every issue listing, so at worst this introduces a single extra click -- if you're on a project page, click on "view all issues", then click on "create".
also note that there's still a "create" link at the my projects page for all projects you maintain.
