Issue Summary
I'm not exactly sure what's causing this: I have several delicious blocks that seem to have been created automatically. No users have used this module so far. When I try to delete these blocks, as admin, I get "Access denied. You are not authorized to access this page."

I had the same problem. If you go to "site build->blocks->delicious->view delicious block" you can click edit and add a name to the delicious block you want to delete. After you save you will then be able to click delete from the list of delicious blocks and you will not receive the "access denied" warning. Hope this helps.

Thanks, sky_rivers. That did it.
I noticed that the settings -- like 'Display' and 'Order by' -- that I configured via site build->blocks->delicious->view delicious block->edit appear to be reset to the default values when I click the 'configure' link for the delicious block on admin/build/block. Setting the various config options and submitting the configuration seems to be what's causing the nameless blocks to be created.
