Hi. I am using Drupal 5.7. I have successfully uploaded image tools to upload image. when a user create a account. then he/she can upload his/her image. and image is showing on user's "My Account". but i would like to know that How profile image can be displayed in comment box?

This actually has nothing to do with this module.
Go to themes page under the admin menu, then go to configure.
There you will find a check box that say's user picture in posts and user picture in comments.
Check those and then save.
