Discard feed items if not enough content

Thanks for the great module, appreciated!

As a new feature, it would be great to discard feed items, if there are not enough content available (for example, number of words or number of characters)

(it just feels so spammy, if there's only a subject in a feed item and not even a tiny teaser)
