First off, I now know that I should never again use Fantastico to upgrade Drupal.

That said, I'm hoping to mend this botched Fantastico upgrade from 6.2 -> 6.4

Script ran with a few access error messages, but site seems to be running. After a fashion:

Menus, taxonomy are all intact and I can access the administrative tools to inspect upgraded site.
*However,* the Site directory seems to be unavailable, as if invisible to Drupal.
All customized themes, modules, images, pages and other files are still sitting in Site, but Drupal won't access any of them.

Before the upgrade all modules and the theme was up to date.

I'm hoping there's some setting I can edit to tell Drupal to see the Site directory and be done with it.

Any ideas where that might be?

Well, after closer examination, the Sites directory was in fact empty after the Fantastico upgrade. I guess I needed to do a harder refresh when viewing the directory.

Uploading from my desktop backup pretty much solved the problem. Never mind!
