Hi,
I had created a personal workflow with some "states".
One of the "state" is "published" and, when a user with the workflow access create a content and choose the "published" status the content is published (I had disabled the publishing option for users).
Now when a user create a content and put in from "Creation" (standard workflow "state" for nonesistent content) to "published" "status" directly the link content (is a menu items) is duplicated.
why?
is a bug?
is possible to solve?
p.s.
if the content is after put in the "draft" "status" and then to the "published" status the problem don't occurs

datafire commentedI am having this same problem in Drupal 5x and Workflow 5.x.2-3. Duplicate menu items are being created when a state is changed.

crea commentedProbably duplicate of #472966: Avoid execute_transition twice (when using Rules, Actions)
