Calendar 2.x Settings for Drupal 6

Calendar settings are now all done in the view instead of on a separate settings page in the administration area. By default this Calendar views is disabled! Go to "Administer - Site Building - Views" then enable this view, then click "edit", you will see Calendar Setting like this:
