Not quite working (caching?)

If I use drush_mm to enable a module, it does not seem to quite fully enable. The features it's offers don't show up. But if I visit the modules page, the module has been checked. And then, after just viewing the modules page, the new module's features are fully enabled. Note that I don't have to submit the modules page, just view it.
I assume there is some caching that needs to be cleared.
