I see "mark as abuse" as an admin, but would really need this for the anonymus users to see this as well.
Any help greatly appreciated!

I think the concern with this feature is allowing anonymous users to report anything they want. What if I visited your site and marked all your content/comments as spam? Probably a better solution for you is using a module like Flag, Flag content, or Abuse where if a certain amount of people 'flag' an item, it can be unpublished, an administrator regularly checks to see if any content has been flagged, and if so can use Mollom to report and delete the content.

For now I'm going to mark this as "won't fix".
