Release notes

This release contains the usual round of bug fixes and appearance improvements, mostly having to do with spacing problems in special cases and font size issues. Also, secondary links will now appear in the footer as a string of text links. It's still possible to add links to the right side of the menu bar by creating a new menu with a title of "Tertiary links", without the quotes.
