installed but nothing changes?

Hi,
This module looks great. However when I upload/enable the module nothing happens. No additional menu items and no options on the Access Control page. I have drupal 5.10 and downloaded og_files just now. This is a new drupal install so the modules are all recent within a few days.
Not sure what's going on. Any thoughts? (I see this question has ben asked before without any luck.) If any extra info is needed please let me know.

I'vealso been struggling to try to identify which option it does add withouth luck. SuddelyI've noticed a new 'files' tab on the group homepage, and indeed there was it!
