I went to Admin\Access Rules and added a rule to allow email addresses with this extension - %.net.

It still does not work when registering a new account and using an email address that ends in .net like mine. A big ISP provider in my area is Comcast, which email addresses end in comcast.net.

I checked the acces rule I created, and it said my email address was accepted. After not being able to register again, I changed it to %comcast.net. I still can't register with a .net address

I tried deleting cookies, and also tried with Firefox.

The funnny thing iss that before I added the access rule, it said my email address was not allowed. What do I need to do to get it to accept .net email addresses?

It seems as the reason that it didn't like my email address was the fact hat I used it when creating the admin account. Since the field or fields that have an issue when registering only turn red, no error text is displayed on the registration page. Turns out it is displayed when the admin tries to create an account.

Is there a way of displaying registration errors to the user?
