Description

I just upgraded to the latest Simple_Access (6.x-2.0-beta5), under Drupal 6.4.

I have just started receiving this warning:

user warning: Duplicate entry '9' for key 1 query: INSERT INTO simple_access_owner (nid, sa_view, sa_update, sa_delete) VALUES (9, 0, 0, 0) in /usr/share/drupal/includes/common.inc on line 3318.

I'm getting it every time I update a page.

I also got the same warning and reverted back to beta4, and didn't get the issue any more...

Also getting this error.

Getting a similar error on 5.x version

Just to confirm: I'm running 6.x and simple access beta 5. The error does not happen when the node is initially saved, but instead when an existing node is edited.

Problem was fixed for me by updating to dev version (Drupal 5.x)

Has anyone seen this affect users (non-admin)? If not, I'm content to live with the DB error if it doesn't seem to be affecting anything until the next release instead of reverting to beta4.
