I just installed the latest update Audio 6.x-1.x-dev (2008-Oct-03). Previously I had Audio 6.x-2.x-dev (2008-Sep-10) and was getting the Access Denied and warning messages when trying to create a playlist. This error is now gone and I am getting the following error:
warning: Illegal offset type in isset or empty in /home/unitedh1/public_html/includes/bootstrap.inc on line 817.
warning: Illegal offset type in /home/unitedh1/public_html/includes/bootstrap.inc on line 818.
warning: Illegal offset type in /home/unitedh1/public_html/includes/bootstrap.inc on line 822.
When I did the updates, I did get a report about how the update went and it was not uneventful. Here is what I got when I ran the updates:
Drupal database update
• user warning: Can't DROP 'PRIMARY'; check that column/key exists query: ALTER TABLE audio_image DROP PRIMARY KEY in /home/unitedh1/public_html/includes/database.mysql-common.inc on line 386.
• user warning: Duplicate entry '35-3-2161' for key 1 query: ALTER TABLE audio_image ADD PRIMARY KEY (vid, pictype, fid) in /home/unitedh1/public_html/includes/database.mysql-common.inc on line 374.
Updates were attempted. If you see no failures below, you may proceed happily to the administration pages. Otherwise, you may need to update your database manually. All errors have been logged.
Further down the page where it broke down the updates there were two items that failed:
audio_images module
Update #6000
• ALTER TABLE {audio_image} ADD `fid` INT unsigned DEFAULT NULL
• ALTER TABLE {audio_image} CHANGE fid `fid` INT unsigned NOT NULL
• ALTER TABLE {audio_image} ADD INDEX audio_image_fid (fid)
• ALTER TABLE {audio_image} DROP pid
• ALTER TABLE {audio_image} DROP filesize
• ALTER TABLE {audio_image} DROP filepath
• ALTER TABLE {audio_image} DROP filemime
• ALTER TABLE {audio_image} DROP INDEX audio_image_vid_pictype
• Failed: ALTER TABLE {audio_image} DROP PRIMARY KEY
• Failed: ALTER TABLE {audio_image} ADD PRIMARY KEY (vid, pictype, fid)
I did a search for the phrase: warning: Illegal offset type in isset and I found two articles that said the problem had been solved but I didnt really see what the solution was. It appears that the audio module is working better with each patch and just wanted to pass on this new info.

svogel CreditAttribution: svogel commentedThis might be a duplicate to #342556: Update audio_playlist for D6?
drewish CreditAttribution: drewish commentedyeah, let's mark this as a dupe of that since the other issues here have been fixed.
