Cannot modify header information - only on deleting users q=admin/user/user

Hey there - I have been using your module, on a Win 2k3 machine and I ran into the cannot modify headers nonsense that sometimes creeps into drupal.

The fixes are to to take out spaces before <?php, convert to ANSI etc, but your module seemed to be fine on all that. What I found out is that on my machine there is one space between the commenting * asterisks and the beginning of the line.

I took out all the one spaces before the asterisks, and everything worked. I also copied and pasted this to MS Notepad, saved it as ANSI, so that may have helped as well.
