Looking for Drupal guys to work on a sports site

This is not a for pay or paid service, so I hope it's OK to post this here.
I have a fairly robust Sports site, based upon vbdrupal and vbulletin 3.7. The forums are quite active, and we're getting some traction with the user base using Drupal, but it's pretty obvious to me that it's a very different kind of user who would be attracted to what we're doing with Drupal.
