Duplicated forum topics in 6.x

Installation:
I'm posting a new topic using the link within the forum. After saving it it starts to multiply the topic. To make it clearer:
post 1 topic - fine
post 2nd topic - 2 doubled topics
post 3rd - 3 tripled topics
etc......
In case at the same time I have also pictures in the gallery, they are multiplied in the same way when I add forum topic.
Very wierd. I hope somebody could help.

just a guess-- but judging
just a guess-- but judging from the list of modules i would think it might have something to do with i18n-- try disabling it and see if the problem goes away. If it does you should take a look at the module's issues queue for an existing issue and if none, create one.

So far I disabled Advanced
So far I disabled Advanced forum and Image modules. It behaves still in the same way even with the basic built-in Forum mod only.
