Hi there

I am using CCK and have multiple values fields.
When creating a new node there are always 2 empty fields showing up for those multiple values fields.

There is the "add another item" button, so it would be really nice if only one empty field is showing up.

I tried to change this without hacking CCK and did it in the theme by filtering out the empty fields (all but first) - rather hackish. And it didn't really work... strange behavior.

Can anybody help?
Is this a bug?

That's not bug behavior, they meant it to look like that, as far as I know. Hmm.. I thought it was good user interface design. I always thought it made sense, because if the user is going to have the option to enter multiple URLs, it gives them empty spaces to start... and this suggests multiple fields by design.

However, if for purposes of your layout you need one field... You should post this as a feature or support request in the issue queue.

Posting in the issue queue will get the attention of the module developers and get you a better response.
