Convert Capitalized words to lowercase

All my taxonomy terms are capitalized but all my URLs are all lowercase.

Would it be possible to add an option to Taxonomy redirect to change the case of the generated URLs?

(and thanks for writing this module, I really needed a way to override Drupal's default taxonomy view and this looks like the perfect module to make that happen)
