Nothing happens after clicking 'insert'

Hi,

After choosing an image, than clicking "insert" - nothing happens. No tag/html is being added to the textarea.
This does not happens with version 6.x-2.x-dev but I have a different problem with this one - I can can only upload an image, not choosing an image. I get "Error: The specified view was not found" where the thumbnails should appear.
