I have made the necessary changes to the module so it can be usable for unregistered users.

Just tried out your changes. Thanks so much for working on this solution to this fantastic module!

As an anonymous sender, I got an error "Unable to send e-mail. Please contact the site admin if hte problem persists." because there is not place for the sender to input their email address to get the confirmation email.

I am getting the exact same error with authenticated users but not with admins. Any way to resolve this? It would be great to add permissioning of "can apply for jobs" to the permissions panel to void this. As to why an admin can apply for a job and a plain authenticated user can't it is still a bug.
