i am new to drupal.
I have installed much modules and now the module list does not work proper, it takes really long to load and often shows just a white page.
If i come to the modules list and click on a module an i save the changes opera gives me something like: "The connection was cancelled by the server" and firefox give me something like: "warning not answering skript"
what can i do?

Well, one thing you can do to at least get the modules page to load is up the memory limit. Depending on your server (whether it's just a local testing server or a hosted environment will determine what you can set this to) you can add this line to your .htaccess file:
php_value memory_limit 64M
or even
php_value memory_limit 128M
if it's still causing you trouble. I believe that is the issue you are having there. But, if you have a lot of modules that you are no longer using but were once installed there is probably a lot of garbage in your database that should be cleaned. This article will help.
If you are running this as sort of a test site to get to know drupal you may just want to scratch this install entirely and start from scratch as you get more familiar with it. You can always transfer themes and things to a new install.
