Foliage/D6
I can see them, but they seem to be on a hair trigger..can't click all links in IE/Chrome...some click, some don't.....when using right drop..left and bottom all work.

gaele commentedChange the background of "ul.nice-menu a" and you'll see there's a gap between main menu and sub menu.
I'm not sure if this is the best solution, but you could change the value of "left" for "ul.nice-menu-right ul" from 12em to 10.75em.

Michael Beechey commentedThanks so much for taking the time to reply!...gave me some new ideas!.....
The problem seems to have been that I resized the menu width to accommodate the Foliage column size, but that change created the gap which created the problem....so far it seems OK with wider columns.
IMHO I have found that the number of responses to posts is pretty minimal, which is both frustrating/disappointing, given that it's an open-source community....I guess it shows the extent of heavy traffic...same/worse for chat #drupal-support channels etc...very difficult to get people's attention.
Are you interested in taking on some guru/consultation work per hour/or per task?.....this project is designed as a community builder, so it's very low budget..mostly muddling through, getting the big headaches that come with the Drupal/noob learning curve, especially since I have zero experience in web issues, etc.....I have lots of other questions and theming/css needs....ex how to improve the whole menu system for a large bank of articles...don't understand taxonomy etc...design issues.
cheers,
Michael
