but how can be implement this on Drupal navigation?
I can do CSS bit but not sure where javascript should go.
It would not be better if togglediv its coded into Drupal and drupal.css and there was option in the Administration to turn it on/off?

This module is unsupported. If you're asking about Drupal's core menu system, please open a new issue and file it correctly.
