Initial Drupal 6 release.
+ added drupal-6 'bodyclasses' to the body tag, see: http://drupal.org/node/171906
+ many small drupal-6 improvements added
+ fixed a bug with the layout table gaining a top border
- removed template.php
- removed support for image.module (this broke in drupal-6 and there are now too many options for images in drupal to focus on one)
