Hello

I use Drupal 5 on my site. I need to make some pages freely editable for registered users. Also I need to get a list who has edited the page and when. So, is there any module which could make this? List should include time and editor, like "6.10.2008 15.23 Azer"

This is in core at its basic level. You can add other bells and whistles if you want.

You can allow access to create, edit and delete per content type so if youmake a type just for this use you can say which roles can do things to it. Core has revisions as well, just turn them on by default when you create the content type, under the workflow settings ("Create new revision").
