Description
I just found this module today. Everything works quite nicely EXCEPT commenting. I have feed items commenting permissions set to Read/Write but it does not work. I have fiddled quite a bit and still no dice. Otherwise, I can't find anything wrong with this module. It's lighting fast, which is very surprising for a Drupal Aggregation module. By the way, how does this scale? How many feeds could I theoretically have before this module starts slowing down? Simplefeed is used on sites dealing with up to 2500, from what I have read. But, this module is faster without simplepie's foibles.
thanks,
wim

I should add that even though I have feed items commenting permissions set to Read/Write, if I check an iten individually commenting is still set to Disable. The permission setting in feed items are not being passed to each item when a feed is created or updated. Sorry I forgot to mention that.

Doh...I just discovered that ANY conditions set in feed item nodes, such as promote to front page or make sticky at the top of lists, are not passed on either when actual feed items are created. I suspect these issues are related.
