I can´t configure to make it run. See my web www.portalvpo.es. Block "Últimas promociones" is a scroll, but it doesn´t move. Theme Newsflash.

Could anybody help me?

I cannot see block "Últimas promociones" and there is no views_ticker js in the source.
eg something like

<script type="text/javascript" src="/sites/all/modules/views_ticker/views.ticker.scroller.js"></script>
