How to link group&role

Hello!

I'd know if it's possible to link roles with groups (created with og).

For example: I have a role named 'redactor' and a group named 'redactors'. How can I do to make that a user with the role 'redactor' becomes member of the 'redactors' group?

There's any module to do this?

Any idea to make it without programming?
