I threw this pop-urls inspired, liberal news aggregator site together tonight using the latest dev release of Panels 2, Views, and CCK
for D6. I was quite impressed with Panels despite the maintainer claiming that it is still very unstable.

I used the jQuery clueTip for the in-page feed item teasers integrated directly into a slightly modified Zen Classic theme.

That is really cool.

Maybe you could consider making a walkthrough on how to do this? That would really be wonderful. Especially in Drupal 6!
