I have 4.6.x and taxonomy_multi_edit enabled.

I went to admin/node as suggested. But I see nothing related to taxonomy_multi_edit....

Anyone got taxonomy_multi_edit to work, what should I look for ? Where should I go ?

had the same problem, just go to administer > content and if all of your access rights for that user are correct you will see a new tab dub "assign categories"
