path to mp3 album art broken but works on my other site?

the mp3 album cover artwork isn't showing up on one of my sites but show up on another...

its broken here:

but works here:
http://thelightofotherdays.co.uk/?q=node/26

i noticed on the broken website that when i right click on the broken image graphic and select view image in new window i see the path to the image has this:

http://vangeorge.com/?q=system/files/audio/images/19_cover_front.jpg

but if i remove the "?q=system" part to get this:

http://vangeorge.com/files/audio/images/19_cover_front.jpg

it works...

so, i tried searching in the audio module files and css stuff to try and correct the path but as i am a novice i couldn't find where to fix it...

any advice on fixing this?
