I have a problem with blocks not appearing on my site. I have the weather module installed.. It's blocks dont appear anywhere. And I have the ads module installed and it's blocks won't appear either. Other modules work fine and their blocks are displayed.. (polls, forum etc).
Now I have checked the permissions and configured these modules as they should be (as far as I see). So might there be a problems with my theme (Chameleon) or where should I look for the problem?
