Registration link on lightbox2 login

Registration link on Lightbox2 login? I have two little questions about this part of the Lightbox2 module.

1. A link to user registration might be a good idea since some people aren't the brightest. Where would I add a link manually?

2. Captcha doesn't work. Is there a way to get it working? It doesn't bother me much since I'm using Captcha on my reg page.
