Distance from Search point is differnt values in Info Box and Results

First of all - thank you.

What I have discovered is an inconsistency in values for Distance away from the search point.

Here is my DEV website: https://drupal.pairodimedesign.com/stores

Please Search = 97080

This should bring you to a city near Portland Oregon.

The results show 2 locations: with good values for Distance away. ex: 22.95 Miles Away

but when you click on the Title to show the GMAP info window - the Miles Away value changes: 14.25 Miles Away.

Do you know why this might be happening?
