we are tying to create a youtube clone were users can upload there video content we have installed
http://drupal.org/project/flashvideo and FFmpeg. However videos are not processing on website how can we get this fixed

You are not using video module. Moving to FlashVideo module.

I do not understand please advise me of the correct module the link below links to the flash video module we are using:

we want people to be able to upload video without users going on to third party websites such as youtube, yahoo, google etc. How do we accomplish this?
