yes - restrict by content type (saw other thread) AND by user (UID)?

Issue Summary

just saw that other thread: http://drupal.org/node/314706 and this would be outstanding - my situation/example: using content profile for user profile pages, includes an imagefield for attaching images and lightbox2 for displaying (use imagecache to set a special 'profilepic' size that's a bit larger than a thumbnail)

would love to simply turn all user profile images into galleries per UID (user) by content type ("content profile") such that you see one on each user's page if he/she has created photo sets with assorted tags or no tags etc...
