there are three lines of debug code that have been left in the current beta which prevent it from running.

Please try the 1.x-dev version. If you'll report back on that, I will roll up a 1.0 release once the couple of remaining issues are resolved.

I can report that I experienced these same issues with 0.9-beta. Other users would report seeing an error message referencing a call to one of those three functions, then would find themselves logged in as me if they hit the back button! 1.x-dev solved that issue.
