I have installed Localization Client in D5.10. As indicated I have applied the locale_module.patch (patch -p0 > locale_module.patch command line) but i did not have any return, the SSH client remain blocked.
Neither I can see any interface when I'm in foreign languages. I have tried in two different installations with different clients and different themes.
I know that something is wrong about the patch, but still, what was supposed to happen is that I will have "nasty PHP errors" if the patch is not applied, not that I can see it.
My PHP is 4.7. ¿is that a problem?
Thanks for any clue.

check:
1. you have the 'use on-page translation' permission
2. your active language code (what you try to localize) is not 'en'
3. you have javascript enabled in your browser
