Fix whitespace

Here is a patch that fixes whitespaces on all the webform files. The advantages of having an editor that removes trailing whitespace on save. :)

I'm not sure about the newline at the end of the file. It's not something I've seen mentioned anywhere, it is just what I have my editor set up to do. Let me know if you want those changes removed from this patch.
