Content Access + Views

Hi I am running D5.10 with ACL + Content Access + Views at their latest version.
I have a custom content type, and I set Content Access so that an anoymous user can create a node of this type, but can't view them.
This is working.

Now my problem is that I would like to use views, to create a view that display these nodes in the way I want, even to anonymous.
But having set Content Access so that anonymous can't view these nodes, when I am not logged, the view is empty.

I do not know if this is to be considered an issue, or more a feature request.
If the first, is there a way to do it?
If the second, is there the possibility to add some control so that a view can access nodes set in this way from Content Access?
